If you are experiencing issues accessing our plan room, please review these instructions:
Step 1:
To open view the Project Documents, click on the hyperlink embedded within the word document. You may need to select CTRL on your keyboard and click the link simultaneously. This should open a new web browser.
When the web browser opens, you should see something similar to the image below. If you see the GREEN banner at the top of your page, please click the X on the right side to dismiss.
You may interact with the drawings through this website simply by clicking on the document title, which will open that file in a new page.
If you would like to download the files, select the download icon at the top right of the browser.
Please note: YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOG IN OR SIGN UP TO VIEW OR DOWNLOAD FILES
Files will download to your DOWNLOADS folder on your computer. Your browser will indicate when your download is complete and when you can access your download, the view of this varies depending on which browser you use. Some will indicate with a colored in Download icon at the top right, others show a downloaded file at the bottom of the internet browser.
Once your download has finished, navigate to your File Explorer (the manilla envelope icon on your toolbar).
On the left side / navigation pane you will see a list of destinations on your computer. Choose “Downloads”
Your file will be there, unless otherwise indicated when selecting to download from box.com
