Testimonial - Serenus Johnson Construction

What our clients say

“I want to start off by saying congratulations on 100 years of business. What an incredible accomplishment! I want to give a special thanks to Joel Keister, Billy Woolwine and Mark Haynak for their hard work and commitment to excellence here at MCV. As the Facilities Supervisor, it is important for me to partner with a contractor that could provide job safety, quality and reliability to embody the vision of MCV and its facility’s needs. MCV’s relationship with Serenus Johnson started in February 2018 and has continued to grow due to their diversity in the field and their continuing commitment to accommodate MCV’s needs both large and small. I am looking forward to our continued relationship moving into 2019 and beyond. Please leave this field emptyOh hi there It’s nice to meet you. “On behalf of Chemical Bank, I would like to thank you for the amazing work your team did on the recent remodel of our Bay City West Side Banking Center. Over the years, Serenus Johnson has provided impeccable work on numerous projects, and this project was no exception. As you know, remodeling our offices comes with an extra set of challenges because the banking centers must remain in operation during construction, with as little disturbance to our staff and customers as possible. Serenus Johnson has always done a phenomenal job working with our employees and ensuring our customers are not disrupted. Due to the nature of the remodel, some of the work had to be completed after hours, and there are always unforeseen issues that arise during a remodel. Despite those challenges, Serenus Johnson was able to keep the project moving forward to get everything done on schedule and on budget. The construction teams were professional and courteous at all times, and Melynne Box is also always very helpful and easy to work with on invoices and lien waivers. If the opportunity ever arises, Chemical Bank would be pleased to provide your company a recommendation or give an endorsement for the quality of work- from design conception to final installation- your organization provides. “ Please leave this field emptyOh hi there It’s nice to meet you. “Rescue Ministries of Mid-Michigan would like to congratulate Serenus Johnson on its 100- year anniversary and service to the Great Lakes Bay Region. There’s something to be said about a business that can survive the climactic changes that take place over 100 years. Rescue Ministries greatly appreciates the many ways that Serenus Johnson Construction has assisted our ministry. There have been numerous projects in which you have consulted, designed and conducted projects of renovations for our facilities. We have found whether the project was large or small, we had your best effort of planning and construction and have always been completely satisfied with the final results. It is a great assurance to have a local company that has the capacity to meet our needs. Projects are always completed on time and more important to a non-profit company, they are on budget. Thank you for your efficient and professional service.” Please leave this field emptyOh hi there It’s nice to meet you. Sign up to receive awesome content in your inbox, every month. “WTA Architects has been providing architectural services throughout the state of Michigan since our founding in 1947. As Serenus Johnson Construction prepares to celebrate 100 years of construction, we look back on the numerous projects our two companies have collaborated on. Examples like the McLaren Bay Region Linear Accelerator, McLaren Bay Region Behavioral Health, Karmanos Cancer Institute, AuSable Valley Community Mental Health, Hagen Ford Dealership, Immanuel Lutheran Church and School, and the Marlette Train Depot Restoration are just a few of the recent projects we have completed together. The list goes on… What a pleasure it has been to have had Serenus Johnson Construction as General Contractor for many of the projects we have been involved with. Integrity, trustworthiness, quality, value driven and community focused are just a few of the attributes that embody each and every team member of Serenus Johnson Construction. Congrats and hats off to 100 years of construction legacy that you can be extremely proud of. We feel privileged to have been involved in just a small portion of your legacy and look forward to what the future holds.” Please leave this field emptyOh hi there It’s nice to meet you. “Bay Veterans Foundation is pleased to recognize Serenus Johnson Construction as it nears the 100th year anniversary since its founding in 1919. A General Contractor for the Michigan Gold Star Families Memorial monument we could not have selected a more professional, detail-oriented company to build and supervise this important tribute. Though this was a relatively small project, skilled-workers, under the direction of Dave Arnold, treated it as if it were a multi-million dollar construction site. Understanding building codes, coordinating with various trades, and attention to safety practices was very apparent. Serenus Johnson Construction has been an integral part of the Bay and surrounding area laying a strong foundation for decades to come. Congratulations on the upcoming Centennial celebration and best wishes on continuing to build a future for the next generations.” Please leave this field emptyOh hi there It’s nice to meet you. I wanted to take a moment to extend a very sincere “Thank You” for successful completion of our front projects here at the Medical Care. We all were so pleased with the overall process of accomplishing a difficult project. Your employees were professional and extremely efficient. While residents and families were disrupted to some extent, I never heard a serious complain and I’ve heard MANY compliments about the end result. It was a pleasure to have you work here with us and I look forward to future projects with a company that has such great customer awareness. “On behalf of the Bangor Township Board of Education, I would like to thank you, your workers, and your company for the amazing work you have done over the summer on the projects in our buildings and around our district. As usual, your company completed all work in a timely manner and to a very high standard. With such a small window of time to complete the projects before staff and students returned, your workers met a very tight timeline- all while doing it with a high level of workmanship and professionalism. For that, we are extremely grateful. The partnership we have forged with your company over the years has been one that has greatly benefitted the students and staff of our district, along with the Bangor township Community as a whole. We covet the relationship we have built with you, and your work again over the past year, and especially over the summer, has reinforced how committed you are to continuing that relationship. On behalf of our board of education, employees and families of Bangor Township, please let all your workers know how appreciative we are of the work they have completed. We are blessed to have such professional and over-achieving experts partnering with us.” Please leave this field emptyOh hi there It’s nice to meet you. We would like to thank Serenus Johnson Construction for their part in the renovation of Operation Room 4 and 5 at Bay Regional Medical Center. As planned, we received authorization Monday afternoon from the State of Michigan to fully utilize the new Operating Room Suite for our patients. Without your effort and dedication to this project, we could not have achieved this most difficult goal of renovating two OR’s within the short time frame of three weeks. As you know, renovation in an operating surgical suite can be the most complicated of all construction projects. Your planning and scheduling, while adhering to all codes and regulations, was exemplary. Rarely has a project gone so smoothly and trouble-free for the Hospital. You and your staff are to be congratulated on this effort. We look forward to working with you on future projects. Please leave this field emptyOh hi there It’s nice to meet you.
