Vice President
With more than 25 years of construction industry experience, Joel Keister plays a key role in driving Serenus Johnson’s design-build, estimating, and project management operations. His diverse background encompasses commercial, healthcare, industrial, and municipal construction projects of varying size and complexity. Joel works closely with clients, architects, and project teams to develop practical solutions, establish accurate budgets, and ensure projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and accountability.

With 20 years of construction experience, Justin Woolwine provides leadership in preconstruction planning, estimating, financial management, and project delivery. His extensive field and project management background gives him a unique understanding of both the operational and financial aspects of construction. Justin works closely with clients and project teams to develop budgets, evaluate design concepts, and guide projects from early planning through successful completion while maintaining a focus on value, efficiency, and long-term client success.
